Located on Hwy. 15 on the outskirts of Smiths Falls, ON. As with so many Canadian chip stands, this one started off in a school bus but as it became more permanent, structures were built around the school bus (presumably to keep winter weather at bay, since this chip stand is open year-round).
Hank's is one of our favourite chip stands. We eat here often!
