Sasha’s chip stand is located between the Dom and Kinki in the Byward Market (if you’ve spent any time in Ottawa, you’ll know what that means).
This chip stand brings back nostalgic memories for circa-2003 Joel and Chantal, when two popular hangouts were the Dominion Tavern (the Dom) and Zaphod’s, two doors down from this chip stand. Surprisingly, neither of us have ever eaten at this chip stand…which is perfectly located for late-night snacking after a night of drinking and dancing. If it seems a little bit dirty, that’s probably because it is 😉
